RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to help shape an innovative and cutting-edge social services?

The social services in Kalmar should be evidence-based, safe, individualized, efficient, equal, and accessible. To enable this, we have for several years been working based on a well-implemented process-oriented approach that creates a holistic view, structure, and prerequisites for continuous improvements.

Children and Family is a broad area of operation where authority enforcement under the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities (LSS), housing and interventions, and preventive work interact to provide children, young people, and families with the right support at the right time. As part of the management group, you contribute to leading and developing the operations from a common holistic perspective with a focus on quality, collaboration, and sustainable development.

In your role as Business Developer, you work closely with the Head of Operations in the steering and management of the area. With process orientation as the foundation, you drive and support quality and development work, focusing on creating efficient, coherent, and value-creating processes for the children, young people, and families we serve.

You function as a strategic and operational support to managers in their work with systematic quality work, follow-up, and development. The role involves contributing to the analysis, improvement, and implementation of working methods, as well as ensuring that the operations develop in line with legislation, goals, and needs.

You are also part of the administration's business and quality development group, where you, together with other development functions, contribute to a coordinated and long-term development work.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who apply have a degree from the Social Work program or another relevant higher education that we assess as suitable. You have good knowledge within the area of social services, which enables you to drive goal-, quality-, and development work at a strategic level. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing and a good ability to compile, analyze, and visualize material. You are creative, full of ideas, and have a trustworthy and inspiring manner.

Personal competence is given great weight.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is a requirement for the position.
